Cleon Lai
Co-Founder of Arise&Farm, Programme Planner
Cleon Lai Yi Hui is an undergraduate student majoring in Landscape Architecture at NUS, with a minor in Life Sciences. He is interested in designing landscapes that help to conserve biodiversity and integrate farming into urban contexts. He enjoys expressing himself through art, painting varying degrees of human emotion through digital and analog media.

Ling Uraiwan
Nature-based Solutions Consultant, Programme Coordinator
Ling graduated with a Masters in Landscape Architecture from NUS in 2015 and has worked across various residential and public realms projects, including park developments, from conception to handover.
Ling champions the holistic integration of landscape design elements, fully utilizing the plant material and water resources with sustainable urban water design throughout her practice. She strongly advocates place-making through a nature-based approach, restoring ecosystems, building sustainable communities and equitable future cities.

Keno Chan
Nature-based Solutions Consultant, Programme Coordinator
Keno graduated with a Bachelors in Environmental Engineering from NTU in 2021, and is currently working as a nature-based solutions consultant, specialising in stormwater simulation and modelling.
Keno has a great interest in engaging children as part of community outreach, and has volunteered as a tuition teacher for underprivileged children back when he was still in university.

Gan Rui Yi
Co-Founder of Arise&Farm
In 2018, Rui Yi was awarded the Eco-Friends Award by the previous Minister of Environment and Water Resources, Mr Masagos Zuklifi due to his contribution in the environmental scene. He wishes to continue his contribution to the environmental sector by cultivating urban farmers within the younger generation.

Kang Yi Xi
Co-Founder of Arise&Farm
Yi Xi is dedicated to improving the lives of the needy and our community, actively helping the underprivileged and volunteering with environmental groups such as LepakInSG and Climate Conversations. In recognition of his conviction, he was awarded the Harvard Prize Book (Singapore) in 2018. A strong advocate of community learning, he hopes to create a culture of growing and farming in Singapore.

David is the founder and CEO of Netatech Group of companies, which specializes in Design & Build of Environmental Engineering Projects as well as high tech cross-border Agriculture technologies.
He has 12 years of experience in Green Buildings and sustainable smart water technology and urban farming technology.
Daniel pioneered the first hydroponic green wall integrated with real-time online water systems control and monitoring system in Singapore in 2008.
Shortly after, he designed and built cloud computing into rainwater harvesting systems and distributed water disinfection systems including Screen Filtration, Ultra-Filtration and Ultraviolet technology.
Elinda came onboard Netatech Pte Ltd in October 2011 after spending 17 years in academia. In the ten years with Netatech, she supported the company as it grew from a small team of six to the current staff strength of close to 100.
She handles the overall administration of the company, putting processes in place to support the company’s growth.
