Greenhouses as Teaching Tools
In March 2021, the founding members of Arise & Farm started a project to help construct greenhouse units subsidised by Temasek Foundation in interested schools. The greenhouses serve as a platform and teaching tool, to educate students about farming. This is part of Arise&Farm’s goal to democratise farming through the spread of knowledge and farming innovation.
Our Collaborator: Farmzstory
As of 2022, the construction and management of greenhouses have been handed over to Farmzstory, our partner who specialises in providing farming education to schools.
Farmzstory continues to lead farm tours for schools and teach children how to farm in their homes.
